The first three Pensacola Sports Association’s (PSA) 36th Annual Racquet Round-up were held at Roger Scott Tennis Center in Pensacola, June University of West Florida in North Pensacola, and Hollice T. Williams Park in downtown Pensacola. The free of charge clinics included prizes, t-shirts and refreshments as well as lots of tennis with the age appropriate balls. The first three clinics drew over 300 kids to all the activities. Parents, coaches and local high school players were among the volunteers helping on the courts. In addition to the PSA, the Youth Tennis Foundation of Florida (YTF) is a major sponsor of the event.

The PSA has two more chances in July to reach more beginning kids with July 25 and 26 clinics at the beautiful revamped Shoreline Park in Gulf Breeze and on July 29 at the Pensacola Naval Air Station. The PSA hopes to draw a total off 600 kids after the last two clinics.
